What does the Referral Network cost?
Nothing to browse, publish or claim. When a job closes and the closeout is verified, Dispatch keeps a flat 15% of the referral fee. There's no minimum, and no fee at all on jobs that never close.
Will the other shop steal my customer?
They never receive the contact details. Listings show city, ZIP, trade and terms only, and all calls and texts run through a masked Dispatch number that shuts off after the job.
Who can claim my job?
Only identity-verified technicians who passed our review. The first verified tech to claim gets it, and the listing locks so no one else can take the same job.
What if the technician doesn't show up?
The claim, the messages and the closeout are all logged. If a job goes wrong you have the full record, and repeat offenders lose access to the network.
How and when do I get paid?
The technician reports the sale amount at closeout. Your referral fee is calculated on the spot, the 15% platform fee is deducted, and the balance is recorded in your ledger and settled through Stripe.
Do I have to use the network to use Dispatch?
